My Amazons differ from thier legendary namesakes in that they keep both breasts since the don't use bow and arrows.

And also it makes em look dishy.

Also the are recruited from the dark jungles of South America.
Dat's how they get the name.

They are trained from birth to prepare for womanhood and
warfare. They kill all menfolk in thier tribes and use slavemen to
mate with then destroy them!

They train 18 hours a day (tribe leaders 20)
And spend the rest of the day eating and mating or fighting (whatever they feel like)

They are also encouraged by the tribe leaders to worship and sing of thier ancient and doom-laden master:

It would not be possible for your Amazons to 'mate' with them, since the weak ones get their balls smashed with hammers!
And besides, the ballista boys needs to have some fun sometimes, since they dont see much gore.

As Evil Overlord of the world, my ninja would be trained in all their classical arts of stealth, and also trained in sniper tactics and issued silenced, scoped rifles. Stationed in locations of their own choosing, my fanatically loyal (and very well treated and paid) ninjas would make short work of any fool who dared oppose my rule. Most of them would work in the open(sans rifles), dressed as common citizens, giving them a good chance of infiltrating and dismantling any rebellion or insurgency at its onset. Naturally, my underground fortress, located well away from any sources of water or lava that might be diverted to flood it, would be guarded by them, and an eclectic and imaginative array of traps, all of the incapacitating variety, so that prisoners can be questioned at length before being shot and incinerated.

As a frequent visitor to the Evil Overlord Website, I would make certain that my six-year old advisor was handsomely paid on his 7th birthday and returned to his parents after being debriefed, to make way for his replacement, a new six-year old. Since I wouldn't want to create resentment against my evil overlordship, six year old girls would also be hired, on an equal opportunity basis. I am an equal opportunity overlord, and will not shirk at hiring physically crippled geniuses, nor mentally handicapped menials, whose loyalty I will ensure by harshly punishing anyone who dares harass my citizens by teasing them about their faults.

It's CPU is actually Josef Stalin's hard-wired brain, encased in iron.
Armed with a Sturmovik cannon and rocket launchers,

The divisions of my army:

Wehrmacht: The main infantry force, consisting of toughly trained warriors in black plate mails, armed with Greatswords, Flails, Greataxes, Halberds and Pikes. The wehrmacht also consist of my lightly armored, but even more dangerous longbowmen and my catapult and ballista squads.

Das Kriegsmarine: My marines are clad in lighter, but blacker chainmails and wields about the same weapons as the heavy infantry. The Marines are deployed from my large freight vessels, mainly built of bones and oak.

Luftwaffe: Mainly wyvernriders and griffinriders, these are mainly used as scouts.

Barghest Knights: The ultimate cream of all my soldiers. Taken from home at the tender age of 4, and are toughly trained until the age of 35, few survives this training, but those who do become the ultimate shock troops. Clad in full plate mails black as night, and armed with heavily enchanted Greatswords, these troops are also given a small figurine of a Barghest, so they can summon these fearsome undead wolfs any time they wish.
