Ok I was playing a Prince game to see how far i could get with the Oracle.
And I got EDUCATION. I was trying to get liberalism but it was just to far.

Ok explain to me how your not cheating (IE world editor). If your education is in 52 turns that means your making 171 +7 surplus gold...so 178 gold a turn with 2 citys? I don't think so.

Also I poped Monarchy from a hut which was very lucky.

I cannot see how you built the great wall, the oracle, got a great scientist, no improved tiles and managed to pop education (meditation, priesthood, writing code of laws), yet you do not have polytheism so how did you get theology and paper?????

Still, I never find ANY resources on floodplains, ever. Civil service leads to paper without alphabet, something wrong there with the tech tree

I find Flood Plains resorces all the time and so should you.

fantasy maps can have resources on any square but that is unreal.

I have yet to have any resources on floodplain tiles. Much less to have 5 Gold resources in a fat cross on flood plains. I dont think you will find very many players who have had resources on floodplains much less 5 Gold resources and 2 Cows, all on floodplains.

And for you to have popped at least 2 GS before 800 BC is something of a miracle especially if you build the Great Wall in your other city. This is all very skeptical.

If it's fantasy map, no problem. 2 GS before 800BC is possible. The tech pace with 5 gold pits on floodplains would be wtfpwned insane.

I only got 1 gs before oracle.
It was fantasy realm with resources set to Crazy.
But I have gotten resorces on fps before. Gold, Gems, Copper, Iron, Cows, Horses, Corn, and Wheat have all appeared on Fps for me.

I'm glad someone believes me.

It was fantasy realm with resources set to Crazy.
But I have gotten resorces on fps before.

I think I barely missed out on nationhood once (didn't realize you need monarchy to lightbulb civil service with a great merchant). If you can get monarchy off someone, it's viable. Writing, code of laws allows philosophy (1 GS), and if you have monarchy I think you can lightbulb civil service with a great merchant (need code of laws obviously).

If you can lightbulb civil service and philosophy, and the computers are slow, it's doable. Gold helps.
