Hi everyone,
I'm playing an Immortal archipelago game (attached) and I was trying to get a peaceful Diplo victory. Right before the vote I'm friendly with the 3 largest civs (except for India, the largest one, that will be my rival). Elizabeth and Lincoln are also friendly with Asoka, but as you can see in the Glance screen, I have a higher modifier than them. However, the next turn both of them vote for Asoka instead of me.
Why does this happen?
I don't think I have ever won a peaceful diplomatic victory on this game (except the cheesy AP win with a religion that no one has), and I'm really struggling with it. Is there a post somewhere that explains the mechanics of the UN votes?
