I heard a lot of employers run the name of a possible employee through google/archive.org...
Even if Amir refunds the money and the site gets taken down, it will still be available in Google cache.

Well that's good, because other British papers have found a woman who bought an Ipod from Amir, and never got it. That had her out about 160 pounds.

I bet there's many more, since ebay scammer switch identities often, and probably like most crooks, they start with small items, and work up to the items worth hundreds of dollars.

Amir sounds messed up! Photos of women's legs on the underground... creepy.

I dont know about you but womens legs are attractive.

Is admiring legs of the opposite sex creepy?

Im still amazed though that this idiot sold the guy his broken laptop WITH the harddrive still in there.

Could of just ripped the damn thing out and still give him a broken laptop.

Serves him right. I'm glad he is humilated now.

Nah hit it hard first, then hide. No point pussying around with small scams.

Its not really a scam when you merely sell something but advertise it as another.

Scams are the loopholes that are perfectly legal, if a little misleading. Take all the phone sales that im tiny print say "actual item is a photo"

so people spend X thinking they are getting a phone, and recieve a photo.. ands theres little they can do.. because the description did say it was a photo only.
