Railroads produce +1 :c5production: Production. Each Commerce/Industry policy unlocked grants a copy of the Iron, Coal, Oil and Sugar resources.
UU: Court Jeweler (replace Great Merchant)
Aside from the normal Great Merchant abilities, the Court Jeweler can grant a copy of the Faberge Eggs luxury resource.
UB: Faberge Shop (replace Stock Exchange).

Is it +1 production from the railroad PER TILE, or in the cities connected by railroad?
If it makes a railroad yield +1 production, that would be really OP. But if it simply increases the production bonus that already exists, that pretty neat.

I may be a killjoy but... shouldn't this be in Civilization Design Resources?
I was going to say the same thing, but forgot. This should be in Civilization Design Resources due to the style of posting by OP
