Big Ben = 32
Colosseum = 28
Eiffel Tower = 16
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 9
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 27
Potala Palace = 11 (10+1) policy slot wonders should be top 10
Ruhr Valley = 20
Venetian Arsenal = 15 (18-3) Never built it (yet). Undoubtedly powerful in the right situation, but not a top 10 wonder in my book.

Alhambra = 10
Apadana = 24
Big Ben = 32
Colosseum = 28
Eiffel Tower = 16
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 6(9-3) It's just so situational, In over 300 hours of C6 I've not build it once, mostly because the couple times I actually could build it, it ended up being on a tile I didn't want to give up.
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 27
Potala Palace = 11
Ruhr Valley = 20
Venetian Arsenal = 16(15+1) Insanely strong, turns you into Pirate Scythia, the requirements are very easy to fulfill and it doesn't claim a good tile like all the hill based production wonders. If you manage to land this beast every coastal settlements is now basically yours, even in MP.

Alhambra = 11 (10+1) better than Potala Palace.
Apadana = 24
Big Ben = 32
Colosseum = 28
Eiffel Tower = 16
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 6
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 27
Potala Palace = 8 (11-3) Not as good as Alhambra.
Ruhr Valley = 20
Venetian Arsenal = 16

Alhambra = 11
Apadana = 24
Big Ben = 32
Colosseum = 28
Eiffel Tower = 16-3 = 13 Don't go for cultural victory
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 23+1 = 24 Probably the best ROI - considering how much production goes into builders over the course of the game
Great Zimbabwe = 6
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 27
Potala Palace = 8
Ruhr Valley = 20
Venetian Arsenal = 16

Alhambra = 11
Apadana = 24
Big Ben = 32
Colosseum = 28 + 1 = 29 How can you complain about extra worker charges for the whole game?
Eiffel Tower = 13
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 24
Great Zimbabwe = 6 - 3 = 3 Haven't built it yet.
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 27
Potala Palace = 8
Ruhr Valley = 20
Venetian Arsenal = 16

Alhambra = 11
Apadana = 24
Big Ben = 32
Colosseum = 28 + 1 = 29 How can you complain about extra worker charges for the whole game?
Eiffel Tower = 13
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 24
Great Zimbabwe = 6 - 3 = 3 Haven't built it yet.
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 27
Potala Palace = 8
Ruhr Valley = 20
Venetian Arsenal = 16
Pyramids provide extra builder charges, not the Colosseum

Alhambra = 11
Apadana = 24 - 3 = 21 The combination of only being able to be built in the capital and only wonders in that city is a killer. With the fact that both wonders and districts take up a tile, and the wonders having placement requirements, I never usually build any more than 3 wonders in a city, which equal to 6 envoys over the course of the entire game. Either they need to get rid of the capital requirement (which wouldn't work historically) or they need to change it to all wonders in a civ.
Big Ben = 32
Colosseum = 29
Eiffel Tower = 13
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 24
Great Zimbabwe = 3
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 27
Potala Palace = 8
Ruhr Valley = 20
Venetian Arsenal = 16 + 1 = 17 While it might not be the most important in some games, it can still be extremely useful. The versatility of a strong navy can never be underestimated.

Great Zimbabwe = 3
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 24 (27-3) This belongs in some pay-DLC - not vanilla CIV 6, right? Such wonders should have been disqualified from the start.
Potala Palace = 8
Ruhr Valley = 20
Venetian Arsenal = 18 (17+1) This prod-oriented wonder comes early enough and is extremely useful. Ships at 2-for-1, applies to all your harbours.

Apadana = 21
Big Ben = 32
Colosseum = 29
Eiffel Tower = 13
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 24
Great Zimbabwe = 3-3=0 Eliminated - It's very good wonder, I admit, but it has crazy placement problems, and it's too situational.
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 24
Potala Palace = 8
Ruhr Valley = 20
Venetian Arsenal = 18+1=19 - Easily top 10 material.

Apadana = 21
Big Ben = 32
Colosseum = 29
Eiffel Tower = 13
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 24
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 24
Potala Palace = 8 + 1 = 9 - All of the wonders which provide free policy cards are must builds (or at least must conquer if the AI builds them). They are the only four wonders which I get in every game.
Ruhr Valley = 20
Venetian Arsenal = 19 - 3 = 16 - I honestly don't understand why there are so many people keeping this alive. Yes, Navy can be powerful, especially since the AI is so weak at using Navy. Even with that factored in, this is a wonder which I build about 1 in 10 games, and then only if I have nothing else to build in a production heavy coastal city. This wonder should have been one of the first to go. Situational and gimmicky, but not useful enough in most games to provide a good return on investment.

Alhambra = 11
Apadana = 21
Big Ben = 32
Colosseum = 29 - with Forster's vote
Eiffel Tower = 13-3=10 - Not as all around beneficial as the rest
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 24
Great Zimbabwe - Elminiated by Kimiimaro
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 24
Potala Palace = 9
Ruhr Valley = 20
Venetian Arsenal = 16+1=17 - If you build 3 battleships after this, you have made back more than the production cost.

Per Kimiiaro's #232

Now I'm looking at the votes... Kinestic missed Forster's vote, so I actually eliminated the Great Zimbabwe and Colosseum should have 29 points...

Disappointed that I was too late to save Great Zimbabwe. Being near a cow isn't exactly a stringent requirement (except, apparently, for the AI,so it's one of the easier wonders to get in single player), and the gold yields are far more than you could get with, say, an extra policy slot.

Alhambra = 11
Apadana = 18 (21 - 3) It's rare to be able to build more than 2 or 3 wonders in the same city, especially if you don't get to pick which city.
Big Ben = 32
Colosseum = 29
Eiffel Tower = 10
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 24
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 24
Potala Palace = 9
Ruhr Valley = 20
Venetian Arsenal = 18 (17 + 1) Double anything for your entire empire is a hard bonus to argue with.

Alhambra = 11
Apadana = 18
Big Ben = 33 (32 + 1) Free policy card and doubling the treasury is a ridiculous combo
Colosseum = 29
Eiffel Tower = 10
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 24
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 24
Potala Palace = 9
Ruhr Valley = 17 (20-3) I'm going to knock Ruhr Valley again. As I've complained about before: calling an entire multi-city industrial era a wonder (inside another city!) is a bit bizarre to me. The quote is one of the worst wonder quotes and the game. And as a actually game mechanic: I can definitely see it's value for a science victory (where you want to maximize production at a later point), but question it's value for a cultural/domination victory (where you could be using the production now, rather than down the road).
Venetian Arsenal = 18

Alhambra = 11
Apadana = 18
Big Ben = 33
Colosseum = 29
Eiffel Tower = 10 - 3 = 7 (It's great for cultural victories but just too much of a niche wonder to crack the top 10)
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 24 + 1 = 25 (Probably the overall best wonder IMO though it can be a little challenging to prioritize it)
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 24
Potala Palace = 9
Ruhr Valley = 17
Venetian Arsenal = 18

Fixed Eiffel Tower in accordance with above comment I hope that's all there need to be fixed.

Alhambra = 11
Apadana = 18
Big Ben = 33
Colosseum = 29
Eiffel Tower = 7
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 25
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 24
Potala Palace = 10 (9+1) - all card giving wonders are good and should be compared to all those still in the list, not just to each other. So _again_ I find myself keeping those wonders at 10 points at least.
Ruhr Valley = 17
Venetian Arsenal = 15 = 18-3 - If I happen to have an IZ near the sea, well, fine, but I won't put one there just to get this wonder. Therefore it has to go.

Alhambra = 8 (11-3) While I think all policy card wonders are great, I think this is the weakest wonder of the remaining lot - and arguably much weaker than Potala Palace imo. So I'm downvoting this.
Apadana = 18
Big Ben = 34 (33+1) Best policy type (save wildcard) and free gold ... double win.
Colosseum = 29
Eiffel Tower = 7
Forbidden City = 28
Great Pyramids = 25
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 24
Potala Palace = 10

Great Pyramids = 25
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = (24+1)=25 Extra charges for Great Engineers is nice

The Mausoleum is already in pay DLC.
