This mod adds popup window when world units are built.

Free for use and bundle.

Version: 4

Requires:

  • FFH2 version 0.40t or 0.40v
Compatibility for other mods:
  • FlavourMod 2.5.2
  • Orbis (merged)
Changes:
  • 2009-01-10: [ver.1] first release.
  • 2009-01-11: [ver.2] Add compat files for Orbis.
  • 2009-01-18: [ver.3]
    • merge to latest version.
    • modify event handler. (for unbuildable units. Thanks, unoji.)
    • suppress popups in loading screen.
  • 2009-02-13: [ver.4] for 0.40t

What I would find much more useful would be a screen like the top 5 cities/World Wonders screen to track who owns each world unit at each time.

Do I have to unpack World<...>.py and add the strings between #POPUP begin/end and import popup file only?

Yes.
Modified lines are import section and onUnitBuilt method.
 
Mod updates for Orbis 020c.
Do you mind if I use this in Fall Further too? Nice and neat addition and its always good to know which heroes are around...

I'd add it to the main FF distribution itself, so no need for you to worry about updates for compatibility...
