Would you give it a shot now?

Now that Microsoft has released Internet Explorer Version 7, would those of you running other browsers such as Mozilla consider at least giving IE 7 a test run?

Here's the site for those interested:

I have no choice but to give IE 7 a shot due to my job (which we probably won't be rolling out for at least 3 months or so). But it won't be replacing the browser that I use for everything but work, which is Firefox.

BTW, I'm new, but I like this tank guy... good polls, and good RTW sense.

IE7? Not a chance. Nope.

A few of the guys at work use it, and I don't see any reason to switch from Firefox. IE7 might have similar standard features, but FF's extensions still kick butt.

I'm sticking with Firefox. 2 years ago I would have switched ASAP but now I just sit back and wait for the holes to appear.

I'll download it, because not having IE6 on computer is good; but that's about it. It does have tabs now (Welcome to 2003), but their utilization is weak. Fore example, no search for highlighted word.

I have IE7 on my computer for websites that don't like Firefox, but for the most part.. I like Firefox way to much.

I just find it a very late ripoff of firefox. Plus now that firefox 2.0 RC3 is out there is no way im switching to IE7, except maybe to view sites that dont like firefox, and even for that i have an extension

I am not going to touch IE, even with a katana. I'll stick with Firefox, thank you :p.

They released IE 7 even though they knew it still has issues with style sheets (CSS) rendering. For example, it can't render the main CFC site properly. All other browsers like FireFox, Opera, and IE 6 have no problems with it.

Thats another reason i wont even touch it. I tried using it today, and it messed up the MS site...

Its still not going to convince me to switch back to IE. I had bad experiances with IE with spyware and other IE related security holes.
