Should they be allowed? Yes.
Would I own one? If I'm being honest with myself, it would depend on how socially acceptable it became. I probably wouldn't do it if it would burden me with additional shame. Also it being self cleaning would really be a major plus.
The marriage question is the more interesting one. I tend to fall into the camp that says that true self-conscious AI is possible, and if robots developed it, they should be treated as humans. At that point I'd say yes, marriage to them should be allowed. But at that point, they also wouldn't really be "sex robots" anymore, would they? Since they'd have their own ability to make choices now. So in terms of marriage of anything that might be considered a sex-bot, I'd answer definitely no... until we're talking about self-aware AI, it's still an inanimate object, and I'm against broadening the definition of marriage to include furniture.
