Why not expand southward? You seem to have an interesting interior sea, maybe you can build an Istanbul like city there.

You need to be more aggressive. Look at me, if I hadn´t been attacking Russia when I did while blocking Cathy off with two cities she could very well have boxed me in on my 8 tile peninsula.
