WW1 Real Time or PBEM

Nice dell! Talk about naval pwnage. Dude you started out so behind in ships and have basically been kicking A$$ with them. Its quite impressive ;p

Yarr, though it does sorely irk me that ye be sinking the ships o' me hearties haha.

Very brillant naval warfare Dell! Almost the only bright spot for the Central Powers...

The bonus was that last turn I managed to bombard his ships with some artillary and then this turn the stack was next to the city instead so it became easier to red line them. :mischief:

The shelled ottos have done a little bit bombardement against the russian mega stack with some damages against them.
My hope goes to my big allies, come on and join the party. You can the russians use as food :D .

It is a mega stack, isnt it ;p

Bet you didnt see the bigger one behind it haha

Success!?!??

Antwerp:
-27 Light Art, 7 210 MM Art & 2 Railguns and Wyorsh's 1st Corps & Ludendorf's 2nd Corps (Ger) def. 1 Corp (Br). Losses: Ludendorf's 2nd Corps.

Rotterdam:
-3 Railgun bombard and Ruprecht's 4th Corps & 1 Kav DiV def. 1 Corps (Br). Losses: 1 Kav Div.

The Kaiser prepares what he fears is an ill fated invasion plan to help his ally the Sultan Detlef of the Ottomans (well ally in this PBEM :p ).

Two words: HELL NO...are you serious... I guess that the title was misleading.

It means I killed two of your corps for the price of one...

Silly cousin, you act like all Russians are fools...

Konigsburg has fallen to the might of the Russian Army!
(all improvements have been sold)
Losses: 4 Cossacks

Railroad builders near Memel were also slaughtered, and their work destroyed
Losses: 2 Cossacks

The siege of Constantinople was a crafty ruse, wouldn't you say?

I have left a small part of my army at your doorstep, my good cousin. One hundred and thirty or so divisions. They are sitting in a fortress right outside of Warsaw, watching to see what you will do. I hope you choose to surrender now... but if you should not... if Konigsburg should return to you... know that the number you see can be doubled without straining my Russians.

Think twice before you dare threaten our land, cousin.

(That felt pretty in character haha

However, I am serious about the numbers. I can double that figure in three turns at the current rate of production. Plus, I get 60 or so units in about four turns for free... the numbers add up, and the sum is not looking good for the Central Powers)

Another PBEM as Germany lost...I can probably cut down on that stack 20 or so units... Also, I can conscript all of Germany...nevertheless, anything I do will just prolong the inevitable...

The Kaiser is thinking about adbicating, nevertheless I will continue to play until someone is the official winner...

BK

Dude, it is FAR from lost. Trust me, things always seem more desperate than they are... or have you forgotten my offer to pull out of the Balkans?

Speaking of which, I am totally following you on the losing as Germany thing. I am playing as them in some WWII PBEM... not going so great ;p

Took out half of France in a turn (figuring, like you did, that speed>slow advance)

its not going so hot... thank God Provolution disappeared, or my thinly stretched lines would have broken like a dry twig ;p

I seriously think that you have a lot of fight left in Germany, and that you are underestimating your ability to kill Russians ;p

Which PBEM is that? And, I suppose I have only counterattacked Russia up to this point...now I will bear all my strength available against you...

Fast advances are good, but you have to be able to put troops into the newly taken ground...

And it isn't like I am giving up, I am just making a prediction that will most likely become true...

BK

The French got rid of peskering little Neutrals (5 inf) and freed 2 British engineers the ill-called Neutrals had captured.

... eventually thought of moving my ships off the Austrian harbors...

We sunk two more french ships since we knew where they would be retreating to and destroyers have more movement points. One ship was lost for 2.

We also sunk an Italian destroyer that was out of port.

Bombardment of Venice and Belgrade.

Two points:
Once again we have seen that cossacks seem to cause a great imbalance in this scenario.

The Russian production is too high for the quality of units that they can produce. The potential for another 130 units in several turns when there is a western front as well seems unrealistic.

Yeah it really is. I have spent my whole golden age building infrastructure and production multipliers, so I have tons of capacity. Even though Cavalry and Cossacks have the same prices and stats... it really does seem to unbalance things.

Just wait till I get communism. If you think its bad now, you have another thing coming.

I have whole sections of my empire dedicated to population production. When I can finally conscript soldiers, it will be like the Flood in Halo ;p

I don't know if a single country on the western front can boast that number of soldiers (especially Inf only). Albeit Russia's is a weaker 6/8 infantry, at most I would be able to mow down about 30 or so from that stack...and that was if the units didn't rotate when I killed them. Now his actually taking a city would be slightly more difficult...if I actually had troops on the Eastern Front! Russia's performance has to have been the best. Austria's also isn't far behind. Britain's has also been decent. Nevertheless, we will continue to fight on for the fatherland...

Played and sent.

Bk ... I found what was left of Ruprecht's and Wyorsh's Corps in Cologne ... with just 2 and 3 Health left respectively, it could so easily have been 3 - 0 for the Brits.

Brussels shelled ... remaining Corps reduced in health.

2 Austrian Destroyers south of Ragusa sunk for no loss.
