I guess it is the same problem as with these prototype "ueberunits", by the time one reaserches them the game is already won /decided pretty much of the time.

Yes. Ironically the material U 234 was transporting was badly needed in the US facilities to build more war heads, as there was not enough material...
There are also rumors of a German nuclear bomb tested in March 1945.

I remember at some point in the war Germany was actually ahead of the US in developement of the atom bomb but there problem was a plane big enough to deliver it.had they had that plane the war wouldve turned out a lot different a scary thought for sure.
 
Before you release 2.4 can you release a map with axis minors independent?

If you do not have the time I can post a map with axis minors and no auto unit production for play test.

I think airfield + Victory Location + garrison and or fortress is a good idea for several pacific islands.

I think you should get rid of rush production fascists and communists just kill off there cities.
 
1. Soviet favorite government now fascism.

2. Removed Finlands submarines and replaced them with
Light Coastal Flotillas.

3. New unit: Fixed Coastal Defence placed for Finland.
It will prevent Soviet submarines to enter the Baltic.
This is realistic since German minefields did prevent Soviet submarines
from any major role in the Baltic until 1944.

1-3 should decrease the risk for an early unrealistic Soviet-AI
attack on Germany.

4. Changed Finlands government to fascism for the same reason as above stated.

5. AA-cruisers will no longer detect submarines.

6. All governments will now use paid labour. The reason is that forced
labour will be used by AI to decrease the population of cities in an
unrealistic way.

7. Bordeaux and Toulouse will cease to autoproduce units.
The Algiers wonder and the New Caledonia wonder will make that instead.
The New Caledonia wonder will allow trade by air and sea with
the French homeland. Also added 2 victoty point locations to New Caledonia.

8. Placed Scapa Flow.

9. Placed Rabaul with Victory point location.

10. Placed Dutch harbour with Victory point location.

11. Placed Saipan with Victory point location.

12. Placed Kwajalein with Victory point location.

13. Added Victory point locations for Guam and Truk.

14. Added Iwo Jima and Midway (no cities) with Victory point locations
and airfields.

15. Added new unit Carrier J (Kaga and Akagi).

3.To get the V-1 you need air tech 1944 the Germans had the V-1 before 1944.
The V-1 Came out in 1942 I believe.

A division = 0 population and 25 pilots = 1 population it does not make sense.

Saipan and Kwajalein will be included in version 2.4.

Communist-China will prevent Soviet invasions.
Clarification: Soviet will still be communist. Its the attitude towards
other governments that have been changed.

Something just occurred to me, with the new changes the German player has a fairly strong incentive to conquer Turkey since with an independent Bulgaria they loose the tobacco resource there and have to compensate for that somehow.

Yes you are right.

With the reduction of Turkisk infrastucture in version 2.3
such a conquest should take some time.
