WWI Scenario

None. I suppose one could claim that it was to keep track of how many I had posted, but I could have used number so that ain't it. To be honest either there was no purpose or I forgot what it was.
 
As a request make the Gas Artillery the only one that does cratering. I know cratering was done a lot in WW1 but if you change the crater graphics with some of the pollution graphics it would work.

Or if it is purely stuck in WW1, I guess you could change Nuke anim to chemical weapons...
 
Making it like a nuke is way too powerful. I will probably make it:

Creates Craters
Colateral Damage
Cruise missile
No ranged attack animation

Uses Kinboats howitzer for everything except death (including attack), and uses I forget who's Chemical Explosion for death.

However, they are not compatible with Conquests, so here's an updated version of them: Hunter's trenches for C3C

They do not have barricade graphics so I made them quickly based on the trenches. All credit goes to Hunter and it could be that he wants to update the trenches himself to C3C. But until then, here's fully C3C compatible version of them: Hunter's trenches for C3C + Drift's modification for barricades

Here's a preview of the barricade and trenches. I added another pillbox and some grey stuff resembling barbed wire.

Does anyone know if there is a way to open a PTW map in Conquests? If not I will need to manually transfer some cities..., and probably terrain.
 
So, let's say I have a PTW scenario, and it has units, then do I just remove the custom rules, and units, and then save it as just the map, and then go into the Conquests editor, and click "open"? I tried this with the rules and units, and it didn't work.
 
I have decided that if I can get a zoomed in map of Europe (only), that I would use that, rather than a zoomed out world (zoomed in world would take way too long to load). If anyone is willing to make a zoomed in Europe (with cities, but no units) in the Conquests editor, I would be very greatful. As of now I am using a Marla_Singer's world map, with Sarevok's cities, but I would prefer Europe, as the world map is too small in Europe, and would lead to the German capital eventually being in Africa, if Germany falls.

*Only Europe should be included, should included the following civilizations*** (this should be the only rule you modify):

England (included all Ireland, Scotland, and Wales)
France
Spain
Germany (largest population)
Italy
Austria-Hungary
Ottoman Empire
Russia (largest)
Holland

Please also include the populations of the cities

**If your map is not well designed, and it is evident that you made it (quickly, and not well), only in the interest of getting the mod before a release, you will not recieve the aformentioned privlages. Other than this, even if your map is not slected, you will get these privlages. I reserve the right to decide if you put enough effort into it.

***If I forgot anyone, please tell me.

No, because it is a cruise missile, it should appear where you bombarded. I stole the idea from the ICBM (ever wonder how that launches in one tile, and hits another?).

Thanks for the offer to test, but I'm not interested at the moment. I'm busy IRL and have been gathering interest to just play Conquests. :)

Well, even if you don't want to test, you can still have the beta version, in case you want to play it, or get ideas from it.
 
I may make tanks have one movement, and armored cars have two, as tanks were quite slow, and armored cars were fairly light. The cars would be weak though (although they would still be stronger than cavalry).
 
You may want to include the Mk VIII as an upgrade to the tank, maybe even with 2 movement, and available to all nations when they get the proper tech, as Germany used more captured Allied tanks than their own, and that allied tanks were far superior to the A7V. The rationale for this is that by the end of the war, much of the strategy was moving toward fighting blitzkrieg battles with massed tanks and infantry, with air support, and by this time the tanks that would be available in 1919 or so would be far superior to earlier ones.
You may also want to consider having several types of air units available that would be improved with improved technologies, as these sort of things did have an effect on the battlefield, and it'd give you something to do in the game other than just attack and defend.
