Does anyone know if there is a way to turn the ability to raze cities off in the editor?

Here's how the US will work out in my scenario:

England, and France both start out with the small wonder "Alliance With America." By AI Flavors, no other AI civ will ever build it. It will cost the maximum number of sheilds, to prevent human players from building it. Then, a tech, a ways along the tech tree (to simulate later in the war) will allow the building of AEF Depots. These will be "Coastal Installions" (need to be next to the coast), and will require the small wonder "Alliance With America." These will spawn American Infantry (see below), every two turns each.

American Infantry:
Available to: Nobody (you can still get it through the AEF Depot though)
Stats: Normal WWI infantry stats (not sure of them yet), but +1 HP
Does not require support

How do you guys like it?

HP bonus: 1
Cost: 0 (doesn't matter)

On this issue of a map: I'm not good at making them, and it will take me a while. I am however, planning to make one after the initial release, for the final version. Just, for now this one is good, as the main feature of the scenario will be the mod part, I want to put that out before the final release, and within the next couple of months.

Gogf1 do not be afraid to use a map if it is posted here. Once it is posted it becomes public domain as long as you give credit to the maker. So do not let Sarevok brow beat you into making your own. It took me 6 months of hard work to do mine and i do not mind people using it. but if i had found one that matched my parameters i would have used it instead.

Well, I find the Marla_Singer's map, while it is great, does lack most of the British empire. I feel that England is sort of underpowered. I would add in British colonies in Egypt, Arabia, and Palestine, but otherwise, it would be a pretty similar map. I'm sort of slow with maps, so it will take me a while. Marla_Singer: I'm not critisizing your map, I just feel that for the purpose of the final version my scenario, I need more of the British empire. I may abort this map venture though, so be aware everybody.

I just wanted to say if you wanted to use a certain item once posted as long as you credit the maker it is ok to use, so DO NOT let others brow beat you into changing what you want to use.

Sarevok: I can completely see where you are coming from. You are of course intitled to your opinion, and you should be allowed to voice it. I just happen tothink you are wrong. Sorry if it sounded like I was trying to blast you.
