Everything costs three times the normal price.

resources: fish, lots and lots of oil.

wonder: Nobel peace prize: makes one random citizen in the world happy each year, and three random citizens unhappy.

Trade with other european countries always turns out extremely bad for Norway.
 
Romania

Unique Unit: Mountaineer 1/1/1 . When placed on a mountain tile it gets a defence bonus of 600%. It is practically impossible to remove a Mountaineer on a mountain with anything less than a panzer.

Special ability: Scorched Earth, denies enemies of supplies, adds one pollution to a tile (During the Middle Ages the land is naturally scorched to save the trouble).

Corruption is low during Antiquity and Dark Ages, but turns 90% in Modern Age. 1920-1938 is the golden age, provided only that the civilisation still exists.

Religion: Christian Orthodox
If the civ switches from Communism to Democracy, the new religion will be Coca Cola.

Romania will ally itself automatically with the strongest civ (but only once with Russia), provided the power didn't previously invade it. Alliances will only hold as long as that civ is strongest.
 
OK, another Norwegian wonder..

"The Opera House"
Costs large amounts of money, makes 1 happy citizen and 3 unhappy in the town where it is tryig to be built, 1 unhappy in every city, + the fact that you get one unhappy citizen in all the cities because the taxes must go higher up(that's what happen when you cant use the oil money)
 
hoho! Another possible Opera house:

Unlimited cost, impossible to finish. makes half the population unhappy as long as it is being built.

Technology: Nynorsk (new norwegian, Norways second language): Makes 80% of the population unhappy, splits the country into two countrys, always at war with each other.

Special City Improvement: a wind mill, doubles production like a factory, but made obsolete by Steam Power and cannot be sold thereafter, while costing 5 commerce in maintenance

Special Disability: cannot build military units, and if it accidentally does, stationing them in cities causes war weariness

Special Wonder: International Court of Justice, will make it think it has a great reputation, while it actually does the reverse

Special Diplomacy: spots trading opportunities from a mile, but is very bad at anything else. Automatically signs Mutual Protection Pacts with anyone who bothers to ask. Will trade gunpowder to its worst enemy. Will gift its best colony to the English.
Sending a Rudi Carell to Germany enhances their attitude. Sending a Linda de Mol doubles the effect of Rudi Carell.
Special Unit: Bike-rifleman. (3-6-1) double movement on roads. Surrenders whenever a german unit attacks it.

One population loss each turn due to Tennesee drivers.

Almost invinicible due to large stores of ammunition and hunting rifles. Cannot leave mountains, and will not attack enemy civs, only foreign workers, that belong to your civ. Causes 5 unhappy faces in city it is built, also all game disappears form map due to over-hunting. Requires 'beer' resoure and 'the south will rise again' tech.

Great wonders: Country music
Generates 1 happy face in city it is built, 5 unhappy faces every other city.
 
Just a few more things on Norway:

Special Abilities: Can never refuse demands from other civs (AKA No-backbone trait)

If American cultural area is within 10 squares from a Norwegian city, all Norwegian cities automatically convert.
From that point, all US traits apply.

Small wonder: Oil Money; All city improvements efficiency halved, and maintenance doubled. Automatically built if civ has Oil resource within it's territory.

Small wonder: Lånekassen (Student's Loan Bank); All specialists also count as an unhappy citizen.

Great Wonder: The Great Reform; All city improvements function as normal. Requires: A miracle

UU: Prime Minister Bondevik: 0/0/1* Has "Whine" special ability. Whines and *****es until opposing units just give up and let him have his damned will...

All Filipino cities and units are bribable for 5 gold each decreasing by 1 gold each time used.
All cities have 2x corruption rate

Small wonders: Malacaniang Palace corruption rate doubled in all cities exept in capital where its x6
Independence from foreign controll: Some illusion that the philipines is actually better of being independent, all citizens are unhappy exept for 2 resisters
AFP(Armed Forces of the Philipines): decreases amount of gold required to bribe military units at 1 gold(minimum rate)

Corrupt politician (2\2\2) has private army, causes your civilization to go on permanent anarchy
Corrupt Police (1\1\1) causes waste and coruption at the city is at 100% corruption and waste, can be sent to foreign cities , take a rep hit
 
More Indian Characterisitics

Unique Unit: Sikh Warrior a.k.a Sardarji(10/10/2) upgradable to the NRI or non residential Indian(0/0/1, infinite rage). Fierce warrior kills everything in sigh, incl your own troops. No peace time possible if you have a Sikh unit in place and then reverts to the other civ which offers more.
The NRI goes to another civ and as slave and refuses to assimilate, but works twice as better than normal citizen abroad and this makes 2 happy people in home civ.

Small Wonder: IIT: necessary for churning out IITian units which add science to other countries research.
The Great Indian Polls: deducts half your treasury every year to hold elections, causes rioting in most major cities and increases corruption and pollution at least by two times. However, reputation with all other civs increases for being "democratic"

Unique Ability: The Hindu growth rate: Economy grows at a permanent rate of 1% per year.
Temples cost 10 to upkeep though ADD 20 gold to the treasury( religious donations form a significant part of some cities' economies;)) cause 2 happy and 1 unhappy citizen.
No anarchy during revolution, coz nobody cares anyway.
Inherent jingoism means that cultural assimilation is impossible though cities are easier to bribe.
