Situation 1: 1 wire has a 0% chance of causing the explosion, 2 wires have a 100% chance of causing the explosion.
Situation 2: All 3 wires have a 33.3~ chance of causing the explosion.

These scenarios are exactly the same from the point of view of someone who doesn't have any further information in scenario 1.
