I don't know if anyone else has done a thread like this, but I just think it is an intresting idea to show yourself as an Civ 4 ruler.

Ares:


Traits: Aggressive and Expansive. :nuke:
Favorite Civic: Hereditary Rule :king: (I most often only change my Government Civic one time)

Nation: Not sure about this. Because I am from Sweden it should be Vikings, but Vikings isn't in the game:( (exept in moods). So it has to be Germans because they are our nearests relatives. :goodjob:

Starting Tech: Mysticism and Agriculture
Traits: Spiritual and either Philisophical or Aggressive
Fav. Civic: Nationhood
Nation: Arabia, Greece, and Aztec all fit 2 of those traits

Starting Techs: Fishing, Hunting
Faorite Civic: Free Speech
Unique Unit: Disciple to the Empire (replaces missionaries) - Can spread faith along with minor culture bombs in cities. (Like Desciples in the FfH2 mod.)

Traits: Creative, Philiospohical {or aggressive, in games (sports, video)}
Fav Civic: Representation (or State Property)
Nation: USA (although I wouldn't mind Germany, Russia)
 
Traits: Industrious, Philosophical
Civics: Org. Religion, Bureaucracy, Univ. Suff., Slavery
Nation: Germany or Russia

If only there was a leader that was both Industrious and Philosophical- a GP monster
 
Traits: Aggressive/Expansive, allthough Imperialistic will become the new "me" when it comes out :D. Hopefully it is as good as it looks.
Civics: Police State, Vassalage, Theocracy. I also like the Representation, Caste System, Mercantilism combo for a specialist economy.
Nation: Mongols. I like mimicing Genghis's attitude/decision making, which I think will be more realistic when the Vassal State option is available. Looking forward to it.

Edit: How could I forget my Unique Unit? A Howitzah. It's like the Howitzer from Civ 2 except better in every way.

"Clone lab" depending on civics could be negative two happiness. Can build when future tech is aquired. Units are produced as normal but upon completion two are made as opposed to one if the city has a Clone Lab built in it.

Nation: The Celts, despite they are a custom civ (I'm Irish). Rome go fine with me though.
Unique Unit: F117 Plane. Stealthy and expensive :cool:

Leader type when I play my own nation: Peter the Great
Fave Civs: Hereditary Monarchy and Free Religion

Incidentally, I like to "modify" existing civs (no programming, just from the setup screens) to play as the Celts, Byzantines, and Italians. Had a very good game as the Dutch, too.
