There is nothing insulting in calling someone a Slavic person. Actually they should be proud they could be Slavic people for one day in American TV.
What's funny is that modern Pella (where Alexander was born) is located in modern Greece the country.
Along with the tomb of Philip, and everything else of worth. The slavic country contains some peripheral land, or rather wasteland of the ancient years.
