@Darth- Darth thanks you for the tips, did you simply upgrade your ships to triremes? I will check. As well, I am sorry but I can't let you simply unify all of Japan,a tenous and long historical task, amidst a blockade and myraid foreign squabbles. Your engagement with Taiwan also hobbled your expansion into the Southern Island, and the fact most of your forces were devoted to mainland expansion.

Those triremes were given to me when I first joined, read your second update. About the expansion, if I am unable, some restrictions should be leveled on others. Engagement with Taiwan? Where? If it was to be anywhere, it would be off of Korea, and not near Kyushu or Shikoku...unless the Taiwanese were in that territory.

Changed to what it should be... and it was a Tiawanese invasion only thwarted by your superior navy. You had no idea it was coming.

Where is everybody?

We understand your threats, yet you still have not answered my question. Will you withdraw from Gaul?

This is excellent, yet obviously we both would rather prefer no war. Might you aid us in negotiations with the Albons?

Oh really...
When can we get updated stats?

We highly urge you to pay the reparations. Or else, you may find yourself without a navy in the coming years.

What says Cuba, in return for our generous protection all these years, begun paying us our…dues?

We know a way to improve our relationship and that we can both benefit!
If we expand our trade, we can offer you newly discovered luxuries and food.
This will strengthen your people and boost moral!

We will not be withdrawing from Gaul at this. We have many colonists in the region and if we abandon them now barbarians will surely slaughter them.

We also believe that Etrusca wishes for our withdraw so that she can colonize the region for herself.

We are willing to assit you with negotiations however we believe that your nation will have more say in this region than our nation.

We believe attempting to find a mutually beneficially solution to this issue for all nations involved would be best. We suggest offering Albion peace in return for them withdrawing from some of the land they have captured.

Albion could possibly be given some border lands which will allow them to gain from this war but not completely destroy the Assyrians.

Tune is interested in hearing Albion's response to this.

Submit now and we may allow your nation people to remain free and independant.

Your raids against Tunis will not go unpunished. Failure to submit to our nations will result in war.

I believe they are...

It's all good :). I really wonder where the heck the whole NESing forum has gone.

If you are willing to give us 1 IC and a small coastal region guaranteed to us, we agree.

We agree with your excellent judgement. Perhaps we should indeed wait for Albion, but not to long. (to Abbadon: I believe I have seen you on in the OT forums. Where are you?)

turn after turn my stats don't seem to change...

You haven't sent orders for a while, and as well you lost some spearmen this turn.

I lost more than spending my entire economy upon raising them?!?!

I lost more than spending my entire economy upon raising them?!?!

No,no. In the war with Assyria the spearmen were lost.

An what was my economy spent on?

What I mean is.. did I not train up more than I would have lost?

The final few years of fighting were very costly,as well as the initial rush. Assyria, pure man power wise, was, at least last turn!, far more superior in man power.
