I'm just woundering... Both the guerilla and the north korean... Doen't say the Geneva Convention something about it? I'm sure it should.

There are quite a few "Geneva Conventions" that outline international laws concerning warfare, but guerilla/partisan combatants are not against any convention. In fact, I'm pretty sure they are never even mentioned. Besides, if a side does not sign the agreement, it is not bound by it.

there isn't much penalty for violating it anyways. guerrillas became protected during the 90s when the bosnians were talking a pounded and Europe backed them. sure everyone is kicking their own rears now that they have to deal with terrorists.
