they are always without "file type"

I am quite not sure if I am sending saves directly to you or someone is between us. I understand that file is correct but only file type is missing. Should I resend you the file? I don't know why file type is missing. On my HDD file is with proper file type. I am sending you the screen. I send other saves in the same way to other players and the problem U're mentioned never happend. I am open for proposals but I don't know how to resolve the case. May be something with your mail client?

NEW TURN sent to Rihiter. I've just installed semi-automatic saves sending programme. It works fine if you have gmail account, other accounts has to be tested.
