No, that is a potential exploit in this game In any future version of this, it will probably be a turn-by-turn bonus. The one-shot bonuses could come from winning a certain amount of battles, or there would be specials turns where everyone gets to choose one, or something.

Well, you would already be getting the benefit from holding the territory anyways. I would assumed it would have been a given that the bonus areas were only able to produce one bonus.

Yes, I agree that the bonuses should only be triggered once. That will now be the official rule. But i don't think the bonuses should be removed if the territories are lost, that could get wierd because of the kind of bonuses I've written up.
