Gosh, you spend a couple days not really paying attention and suddenly everyone's out for your blood... what's this, now, about killing/purging the Exiles? I'd like to note that never, at any point, has Oran or the Orange Clan done any aggressive or hurtful action to anyone in Nesse, and arguably we did a recent service to the city by removing those Exile clans who have. Before anyone gets to invading just yet, why don't we actually start some diplomacy, hmm?
EDIT: and actually, the term "Exile" doesn't really apply anymore. Or at least, not to the Orange Clan (and probably Moon Shadow too); we have not been a part of Nesse for a couple hundred years, and Oran has existed as a working entity for three generations or so. Try "Oranites", or "Orana", or even "Oraquis". And really, there is a new crop of perfectly good exiles that might want to use the term now, so why don't we let them have it?

Sorry, I wasn't listening...
The Ninticus Clan does not call for the blood of the Exiles, but wishes to bring those that have broken our laws and threatened our people to justice. The Oranje Clan has shown itself to be fairly noble (as noble as Exiles can be anyways). We don't hold any charges against them, and we hope to see that they continue their honest way of life. However, if they do begin getting involved in undermining Nesse in any way or start assisting less noble Exiles, we will be rather displeased and will take action.

The Rouge clan are not exiled as well, we hope you are aware of it... We will not support them if it means hurting the clans that still follow the honorable code of Nesse. We will not ally with enemies of our friends.
But be sure we will not be friendly to enemies that are allies of our allies.

Again lies begin in Nesse. The dogs are barking. Yet all know the rules of Nesse. Until an elite council major vote tells of Alya and the Wolf clan to be exiles, it is not real or official. Only barking dogs would think they personally control Nesse.
