Firaxis released some quick small fixes!
All Leader XML issues have been fixed. Also, the leaders that were fixed (Casimir, Gaja, Maria I, and Pocatello) also received some tweaks to their Civ/Minor-Civ Bias values. (For example: Pocatello's isn't a column of 5's anymore.)
I also created some much nicer icons for the new civs now that the game has been released.

Sea Trade Route
Archaeology
Trade Origin
Trade Destination
Airlift
Though, all of those values are simply a standard 5 for all leaders.

Note: there's also a few errors:
Gajah Mada, Maria I, and Pocatello are missing their MINOR_CIV_APPROACH_BULLY flavor.
Lastly, Casimir III has his intended MINOR_CIV_APPROACH_BULLY flavor, only the wrong leader type is named there and it says LEADER_SHAKA instead. (I believe this duplicate entry could potentially crash either leader's XML file too.)

Once the expansion is out, I'll replace the new civ icons with nicer, higher resolution ones I create.

VictoryCompetitiveness = How much is this player annoyed when he thinks another player is going for the same victory type?
WonderCompetitiveness = How annoyed does this player get when beaten to a wonder?

DiploBalance = How much does a leader want to maintain a balance of power in the world?
