I had my first rugby practice tonight. Twas intense. I doubt it was a fourth as difficult as a full mathc, but I'm sore exhausted as all hell, and it was remarkably obvious that I have no experience in sports, but with enough Gatorade and albuterol I've pretty much stabilized. I figure it's all uphill from here!

And being next to your brother is pretty incredible as well. I don't live near any close family and I certainly don't live in a tropical paradise either!

Do you have much oversight over construction or do the builders work without much input from you?

Thanks mate. It shouldn't be too much of a hassle. We are good savers so we can handle the expense of moving across town handily (it will be a cold day in hell before I pack and move myself ). However, our landlord is engaging in (probably) illegal behavior by trying to coerce us into renewing our lease the way they are.

Our lease is up in June, yet they demand we make a decision in a 1 week period in February. How the hell does that work?

We had made up our minds to move already but the way they are forcing our hand is rediculous and it comes at the worst possible time. It's going on 4 weeks since I had a day without homework, work, or classes and now I have to figure out this lease situation on top of it. And there is a job fair I have to prepare for next week.

I saw I got the emails but I don't know if the pics came through. I am on my phone and pics dont show up. I will open the email on a computer when I get to work this afternoon and get back to you.

Sorry for taking a while, yesterday I had to do taxes and plan a move. Our landlord gave us 1 week to decide if we are going renew the lease. So between all that and homework, I was bogged down this weekend.
