Something just occurred to be. Whatever that Samhein thing is, it must be crazy early game, considering it's available from turn 0, at least for the Illians. o.O

I just realized Kael started a new thread for this. Since it isn't the same as his "High and Low" game, it could be a scenario instead of the Epic Game.

EDIT: Though the lack of a goal being listed above the scorelist makes that unlikely.

Well crap, now I need to play this game even more.

One side note, will the other races be getting stuff to compete with this level of awesomeness? I mean, so many Civ specific, rock your socks of type action is just going to make it feel like everyone else is missing out. Or are there even bigger secrets you're still keeping?

Wow, did not expect it before Ice. I think after including all this stuff, FfH should be version 3.0. It already deserves 1.0 or 2.0 for a long time if you ask me.

Samhain icon is Mokka, no doubt. In gaelic languages Samhain means november and is also used for the festival that ends the harvest and begins winter (and thus the rule of unseelie court or svartalfar people over all elves before AoI ). I guess here it ends harvest for good and starts a looong winter - it probably is a ritual you have to build before getting all the ice stuff. Or maybe a building that allows farms on ice?

Also, did goblins got their unique lair?

All this look impresive, but I agree with MC that Auric Ascendend should have lightblue eyes.

Farms on ice... Will Illians also get some production/food bonuses from their prefered terrain? (thinking of Doviello & Malakim too)

Ri-Hartz: It is a flying camera mode. You have to enable it in the ini file (AllowFlying = 1) and then activate it in game by pressing ctrl-alt-f

Gotta say, the Illians stuff is pretty cool but I hope there's another neat stuff for the other races, too... I'd hate to see the game just become focused on the Illians -- the balance and interplay between the races is what makes FfH fun...

He was talking to someone playing the vanilla Civ version (0.23) of FfH. He wanted them to get BtS so they could play with the Svartalfar and Sidar (and soon to be the Illians) that we've added since then.
