Thematically, this events deals with families being unhappy because of their grown up children moving to another city to became famous artists - however, when it stroke for me, the same city is both the one where the family is located and where the child run off to, which leads gameplaywise to 2 out 3 outcome choices not only being completely equal, but also completely zero (as for both the stability gain and drop cancel each other out):
