I just wanted to make sure that having McAfee enabled wasn't going to screw something up while I install the patch.
When installing a game or software it is a good idea to disable antivirus software.
The best way to handle McAfee is to just uninstall it. That seems to fix alot of problems.

McAfee does have alot running in the backround and does slow performance. I would look at a different antivirus program.
For the corp enviroment I always go with symantec. For joe blow user at home, Its a toss up. Depends on what you use your computer for. I do not use either norton or mcafee on my gaming setups.
Long story short. Disable to install and patch your game.
