The following bug has happened to me: I clicked on the "propose mutual open borders button" in the trade opportunities tab (first image) and, after going to the diplomatic screen, back to the trade opportunities tab shows nothing (second image). Saving the game after that and reloading it doesn't help. It's a very strange bug.

Same happened to me when I clicked on some horses to sell to another civ (and in the trade screen, 0 of my 2 horses were being offered; that's probably a separate bug).
Lua.log has a less-useful error this time...:

Thank you for the helpful bug report! It led me to a typo in the code which checks deal durations, and it should be fixed in v144.4.
