I porpose that Copenhagen shall be the capitol of the Union while Stockholm shall have the goverment buildings and the King in Norway shall be highest ruler.
Effect if accepted:
Norway, Sweden and Denmark go toghter in one countrey, under Constetutial Monarchy, Max military will be Huge, Economy prosperus, Army Very Large, Navy small, Airforce N/A. Confidece Above Average, Age pre World war 1.
