DECEMBER 2004 GALLUP POLLS
1 in 5 Americans believe the elections were fraudulent.
That's over 41 Million Americans.

Don't some like 1 in 4 Americans believe we have been visited by aliens though? Just cos a lot of people believe, doesn't make it true.

Although some of the info is really interesting. No idea if people have been fixing votes, but the potential is definitely there if those statements are accurate.

Rigged elections!?In America!?Noooooo...

True...and even more don't believe in evolution apparently.

Scary, but seems a little like a conspiricy theory at the moment.

Wow, nice liberal Bush bashing. I'm sure that the elections were fraudulent -_-. And Bush was illegally elected, we must impeach Bush! He is the worst man in the world!

Poor damage control by the Democrats.

And FYI : The president is still elected by the electoral college :).

Which only goes to show that asking people questions about stuff they have no actual knowledge of it pointless.

Yeah, if there were more actual hands-on evidence rather a string of (fairly similar and related) individual facts, I'd be more worried. Though if they were properly regulated, then there'd be no worries at all.

Wow, nice idiotic over-reaction with no content or relevance to anything anyone else has said!

Think again. If you could read all that and not notice the underlying meaning that points to "Bush was ellected illegaly" you really need to get some reading skills. This is what the point of the post is about.

We get it obviously.:(
This is just an internet fad article. It get's blitzed all over once in a while, but few actually believe it. I'll link up some counter ones for the anti Democrat/Gore/Kerry side if you want.

Yes, of course I managed to spot that.

But what you posted added nothing, challenged nothing, analysed nothing and argued with none of the points.

But hey, maybe you were so outraged by this pack of lies, you forgot to write anything worthwhile. So while you are on your high horse, maybe you'd like to highlight why the implication is utterly false?

Such strange coincidence would be more than enough, to change the voting system in countries like my own. Fraud or not, you can't really blame people of being suspicious under such conditions. And suspicion alone is damaging for a Democracy.

Conspiracy Theorists are NUTJOBS. To even give this credence is to say that every elected democrat is culpable too as for them to get elected they must know of the system and play to it somehow - or else they woudnt get elected cause its rigged.

Pretty....darn....stupid.

Not at all. This is not about "Bush is illegally elected" This thread has a far more important topic.

It's displaying that it is possible that election-results are not exactly like how the people voted.

Elections are usually regarded as an important democratic element and any indications they can be forged should be a signal that that leak needs to be sealed.
USA got hints in 2000 that presidential elections were forgable. USA has the hints in this thread that the 2004 presidential elecions were forgable. 3 strikes and you're out. You better make sure that the 2008 Presidential elections can be nothing else but "clean" and all indications that the elections are forgable be gone.

Considering that John HSOG isn't a liberal and likely not a Democrat, that automatic response doesn't mean anything.

Pretty scary thought that the election of the most powerfull person on earth could be forged. Time to fix that ASAP! I don't understand that Americans who are usually pretty keen defenders of democratic principles and their constitution can let such a situation exist in their own country.

Rik, I completely understand the situation and his allegation...and I stand by what I said. If our election results are "not how the people voted" then why do we have a variety of democrats and repulicans get elected? If something were truly rigged, would't it be readily apparent by who is actually in office? Regardless of any accusations, the end proof does not match the allegation. One thing yo must understand in america is that these type of allegations are nothing new and happen with regularity - its just american politics.

Lets be ABSOLUTELY CLEAR ON THIS...no one in either party, republican or democrat that has an ounce of repute believe this in any shape, form, or fashion. The democrat leadership does not belive it...the republicans dont believe it.

3 strikes and we are out? Who's going to call us out? The UN? Please.
