[3.6.2] Stable requirements

Tested with CEP/CIN/CAT 3.6.2

Stable requires nearby improved horses, sheep, cow, ivory or deer.

Seems to be inconsistent with the fact that it gives +1 production only from horses, sheep and cow.

Also it used to modify production speed for UNITCOMBAT_MOUNTED in GEM. It doesn't in CEP - bug or intended?

Stable does give +1:c5production: for all those resources in CEG.

It also still gives a 15% production modifier for Mounted and Skirmish(Gun) units.

Hmm, guess i'll have to check next time i have access to the game.

Guess you mean mounted archer, not skimisher (gun)?

Skirmisher units were chariots, lancers, and gunships I think. I haven't noticed if it gives a bonus for gunships, but it should impact the other two certainly, along with other ranged mounted units yes.

Well I guess thats how it should be, however it doesn't seem to be that way if you look at the atacched screen shots.

Stables give only +1 production for horse, sheep and cow. This also applies for the Ducal Stable (production+gold).

It seems these boosts are applied in \Cities\CEC__End.sql, however somehow it doesn't work.

I gave the wrong unitsombat class in the previous post. What I meant to say was that stables used to modify production speed for UNITCOMBAT_MOUNTED_ARCHER (as well as UNITCOMBAT_MOUNTED) in GEM, but now it only has a 15% production boosts for the latter (see screen shots).

Can you please check, and post here, your logs.

After your first post I made it a point to start a game, just to check if an error slipped in, and everything was fine.

Maybe your tooltipwriter is not loading or even CEC__End.sql. The log should show if those files load or not.

The stables, and the Ducal variant, clearly show the modified values for all those resources. At least for me they do.

Hmm, checked the log just before wou wrote (testing other things) and it does say that CEC_END failed to load. That must have been a result of the "fix" from this tread. If you say it works I'll just have to trust you - I cant see the Buildings in the civilopedia if I roll back the "fix". :)
