The Scandinavians came from the land of the ice and and snow with the midnight sun where the hot springs blow. They were an ancient people, banding together to make a culture so rich, it would rule over the world. They had military men from all over the area and a powerful fleet to go with it.
The Chief of the tribe of Norse stood over his people, making a speech.
"Today, the men of the north will rise up and take the reins of power in the north and throughout the world. We will rise and fall together, live and die together, celebrate and mourn together. We are a unified people! As a symbol of our community, I am opening the grandest longhouse in the world where our people can learn the ways of the warrior, the sailor, and be educated about the world around them, so they may better manipulate it."
With that he left the crowds cheering as he strode away.
ORDERS:
Start construction of Grand Longhouse in Stockholm (+2 army training, +1 Navy training, +2 education)
Expand west with 50 men, north with 25 men. Send 15 on all rafts to cross the Baltic Sea to land and expand there.
Grow economy by building roads throughout the nation

The German Reich was created in the great town of Berlin, with the surrounding areas also being joined into the Reich immediately. The Habsburgs were the dominant clan for years, and they were able to pay the local tribesmen to immediately allow the current patriarch of the Habsburgs, Frederick I, to be automatically placed on the throne as Kaiser Frederick I of the German Reich. The small building in which the Kaiser lived was too tiny and not grand enough, however. He would have to build a palace for himself... Of course, HE wouldnt build it - the lower classes would. He chuckled with the thought. Then he remembered to go back to praying to the German Gods, to make sure that his reign goes smoothly.

13 Nations emerge around the world. Small tribes and groups form to make a centralized government, religion, and population. Hence a civilization.
Being only 4000 BC, many of the newly formed nations dont have understanding of the world fully yet and cant concept such modern things as we know today.
Assyria and Recife are welcomed by some of the locals, while some nations like India and American Empire are worried about the locals.
Some great wonders are started around the world.
