i dont know if this has been reported yet but here goes
there is a bug with east west traders where the corperation gives a massive amount of gold per resource owned.
just tell me if u nd game logs or a save from me

Yep, due to a typo in the XML. Thanks for catching that.
 
I'll re-read your thread on corporations soon but I need to report this: there was a guild present and spreading a long time before any of AIs, much less me, have Guilds tech :). If it is intended, then never mind :).
 
don't know if its a new thing or an old thing and i didn't notice it before, but when i use divine cult, my great people points stagnate, they don't cumulate from turn to turn.
 
Really? They only can spread when at least one player has the Guilds tech.

See the pic below. If there is any unknown AI that already teched to Guilds, then it is incredible because it still is too early. Of course, it is always possible somewhere else in hidden fog of war :).

Afforess, where is the typo for EW Traders, so I can correct it myself?

Save your game, exit, turn on cheatcodes, and go to the tech tree. In the upper left, you will be able to cheat and see every other players tech tree. Check to see if any have Guilds. If not, then it's a bug.

I tried it and unfortunately I'm color-blind to some extent so I can not tell whether or not any of other AI had researched it. So I will have to trust that some AI did already research Guilds.

Thank you for trying to help out :). This beta is really, really amazing :). From what I can see so far, it is going to be a very strong new version :D. Already fixed that Corporation typo you gave to someone else above. Fortunately, save game compatible :).

That would be great. Black frame on the researched techs. The rest just normal. Or just plain white text on black tech background for researched techs. Most important thing is for there to be a very strong contrast.

I found this in my last game - Divine Cult is -50% GPP, so is slavery. By their powers combined, you have -100% GPP and get nothing! :D
 
A couple of times now I have started a game and been unable to build Stonehenge, even though no one else has built it. In one game where I went further, I was only able to build the Ark of the Covenant. Couldn't build Petra, or the Oracle or anything else. The only thing I've added is Hashishim's civs. Anything you need from me to track this down?
 
There's an issue with the interface, I've corrected it, and will release a beta 3 this evening.
 
there seems tobe a bug that if choose religion is only chosen on the map generation screen and not selected on the BUG screen as well it causes a double religion to be founded. example: England auto founds Christianity and Korea auto founds confucianism.
 
That's a bug with RevDCM, not much I can do until they get their act together. They lost a key developer last week.
 
The next beta won't be till tomorrow, my work got delayed due to some extra requests from users.

thanks:blush: thats exactly what i did:lol: i played both slavery and divine cult, because i don't usually go for divine cult instead i stick with prophets, and being my first time trying slavery didn't notice it, my bad.:mischief:
 
sorry for the double post but it's regarding another issue, some of my buildings are not showing up in the build list, for example some temples, even if i have the religions, and the great library and the meeting hall stayed hidden around 20 turns even i could build them, then reappeared.


edit: seems that only in the city build que, when the advisor appears and asks me what building i want to build next they appear all
