Yes, I'm quite pro. Just pop a GS, build academy, tech to CS, pop another two scientists, bulb philo and edu, take liberalism, whip libraries and universities everywhere in your now 20-city empire, found Sid sushi, and you should be in 15 AD by no time.

What's so strange about fall-out in the 1860s (unlocked by two modern era techs) if you can reach the future era by 1860?
