Additional Civilizations (by DJSHenninger)

Hm... so Mercenary Army does nothing for this civilization? What if it gave the Black Army a boost or something?

Nice civilization nonetheless.

By giving a UU a policy requirement, it would be forcing players to take that policy. also, i don't think Commerce fits the Civ's theme anyhow. I would probably take Patronage, Aesthetics and/or Rationalism.

some minor errors in Hungurian decisions. The decision related to tax can be adpoted at beginning and icons in the decisions are strange

Great! Events are always appreciated, but as long as there's Decisions, I'm satisfied :).

Also the UI stuff for contests and the specialisation of the Black Army is a nice touch.

Really wanted a Hungary with a Black Army UU, nicely done.

Fun looking Civ! Getting all kinds of surprise releases today.

Danke schön! Figured it was time for me to learn UI modding. It can really add quite some flavour to your civ and make it feel more 'unique'. Only problem being that the AI won't use buttons (I think).

Yeah, exactly the two reasons I removed that particular requirement :) Though I never thought about the fact that the Mercenary Army now does nothing. I'll think about implementing an effect, but I'm not sure I will.

The Tax decision only requires 1 Magistrate, therefore possible to adopt in the beginning. Not sure what you mean by 'strange', but I'll see if I.. see anything.. 'strange'

Tell them they need to use Mercenaries then.

Go on. I know you want to.

Go on... :p

That reminds me that I want to gear more civs toward some of the mechanics your mods add, such as a civ based on Piety .. hmm, it probably doubles the amount of work, but it would make modding more interesting ..

Might have to learn basic SQL to effectively implement such changes!

Though I shall never fully convert to SQLism! :king:

That coat/robe/tablecloth!

Oh right, thanks. Will fix that soon-ish.

@shaglio That terrible, huh?

I'm certainly not the snazziest dresser in the world, but that outfit makes me shudder in horror.

However, if there's some historical context to it, then I fully support it. I can't see the LS when I play as him, and seeing the LS when I play against him will give me more impetus to wipe him out :)

"My people are now wearing your coat/robe/tablecloth things!"

Thank you, for I have found my true calling. I shall start selling these wonderful coat/robe/tablecloth things!

I absolutely love this Hungary design. It's probably my favourite civ you've created to date!

Your Hungary civ leaderscene looks amazing! You should update your Georgia and Moldavia civs to look more like this some day.

Thanks, that's the plan! Though I think Tamar looks okay-ish, for now, at least. I should first update the worst leaderscenes. Though I'm currently moving away from the Balkans for a while, I think, for the sake of variety. A lot of my Balkan civs are defensive in nature. A change is most welcome ;)
