Please, suggest me another effect

Alright... Sailing sounds fair enough.

Considering Great Lighthouse (Naval movement+sight) & Colossus (+1:c5gold: on worked water tiles) i'd suggest or submit to your reasoning with any of these.

Nerfed all the way down to make it somehow insignificant;
Cost 175 or less.
+1:c5culture: to Forest or
+1:c5food: to Grassland or
+1:c5science: to Tundra or
+1:c5production: to Hills or
...whatever else you'd think might be better!

Era -> ancient
Tech -> trapping
City requirement -> none
Cost -> 220
Culture points-> 1
Specialist type -> Great General or Great Artist
Specialst points -> 2
Effect -> Units heal at double rate Flavor-wise I see this fitting the aztecs/american indian style of play. Both of their UA and UU are unit related. The aztecs should really synergize well with it. It's also good for some others too like the persians.

Unfortunately, none of the effects above work with building XMLs.
You may link culture to resources only, and may not link any yields to terrain types.

I see two solutions: the "units heal" effect proposed by i_qua_i (this tag is not used in CiV vanilla, thus there are chances it doesn't work at all - to be tested), or culture points X animal resources (horse, deer, etc... - how many and which to be determined)

I've just noticed that <UpdateDatabase> is missing for Golden_Pavilion_text_en_US.xml
I haven't tried it in game, however.
 
Duplicated wonder arts

These are splash and icon arts that I worked on related to wonders released by other modders

I see two possible usages for them:

1) alternate arts for existing wonders (download and use them at your pleasure)
2) base graphics to create duplicated wonders with completely different effects (make them yourself or post suggestions below)

Ambrox, I went through and checked everything, can't seem to find the cause. I've noticed my XMLs don't open in my browser correctly, and yours do. Could you please just have another look through and double check everything? Thanks in advance!
 
Pouakai, is the TXT_KEY.... issue occurring while playing your mod?
If the answer is "yes", then run modbuddy, go into the properties of the mod, add text file as you did for the other XMLs and finally build solution looking at the report (no error you should get). In case you suspect text file corruption, then copy/paste your text strings into another text file template and replace the previous file in modbuddy.
As ultimate check, edit your .modinfo file to verify the <UpdateDatabase> row for your text XML ;)

I added the Platonic Academy, when I finished Printing Press, my culture went from 334 pt to MINUS -150 pt...had to remove the the line: <ObsoleteTech>TECH_PRINTING_PRESS</ObsoleteTech>
