Weed arent less adictive than cigarettes, and I doubt it's healthier. So I dont really get your point.

Weed has all of the harmful (tar and etc cancer causing) stuff in cigarettes. IIRC it actually has more.

I think I will have to agree with this one. It would still battle paedophilia, as the technical idea of the condition is an attraction to prepubescent peoples, when you are much more sexually matured. A 30 year old, who is turned on by a well developed 14 year old, is not a paedophile, but just highly immature in their picking of a mate, as they do not take into account factors such as intellectual compatability and such. However if a 25 year old is attracted to a 14 year old who has barely even started to develop, it would suggest they are attracted to prepubescence, and thus would fit the definition of paedophilia. It is indeed a tough issue, but it this would probably be a more effective way of enforcement. However, it is a tricky issue, as some people may have conditions where they do not develop properly physically, but mentally may be matured by the time they are say, 18. At which point the relationship may be based on more than sex.

Education would likely be the best bet to prevent "bad" situations from happening, as an arbitrarilly selected year does very little.

Use common sense, very few people smoke marijuana like tobacco.

Second, marijuana has a far less amount of different types of carcinogens than tobacco. One joint has more tar than a cigarrette, but if you smoke out of a bong or vaporizer, it is significantly less than a cigarrette.

Marijuana is not physcially addictive. Cigarrettes are physically addicting, and are more so than cocaine.

So I don't really get your point.
