allowed/disallowed cheats

I'm going to try my hand at the GOTM for the first time. Not that I'll show up anywhere on the board, but I still want to play by the rules. I checked out the cheat board, and it lists the allowed cheats/tricks in green, the disallowed in red. I'm color-blind. Could someone just list these out quickly for me? I'd really appreciate it.

From 'Scout resource denial' and down are not allowed.

I sent TF a new cheat list where it says "allowed" and "disallowed".

just a thought...

you could select the underlined text, paste it into MS-Word, open the Font-formatting menu and see the name of the color beside the 'color-option'.

not that you still need to do it with the GOTM rules but it might come in handy some other time...
