Yes. Purple for Pacific, Light blue for Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean or Mediterranean, and so on. Black areas are deserts, mountains or basins where the rivers do not flow into the sea.

Actually all jokes aside, I do consider Poland to be EE, but the cold war map was just a wind up. Mirc: you dont consider Belarus to eastern Europe?

No, I do. I didn't realize there were three shades of brown in that map. I do consider it Eastern European.

Do you know the date of the map? It says 1945-1990. And Apeareantally Ireland Switzerland, Sweden and a couple othrs aren't part of Europe. It's stupid to base geographic borders on historical politcal boundaries, especially since they were enforced by another country.
