I think i can answer this. The western part is Brittany, The Southern part is Occitania, The Green thing next to Occitania is an expanded Monaco and the one in the northeast is Saarland or Burgundy?

I might revisit the Balkanized Europe, but it's good enough for now.
I want to see Africa with correct borders. The Europeans seriously screwed up on that which is why alot of the bad things like war are happening in Africa today. How would Africa with good borders look like?

I doubt many borders would exist. Only a few nations would be powerful enough to establish borders, namely Orange Free State, Transvaal, South Africa (maybe), Egypt, Ethiopia, and a tribe or two. If Africa was totally untouched, then borders would be nonexistent, and tribes would just roam or settle i guess.
