Here's my own variation on the overused theme of "Axis WWII victory". The year is 1980, Cold War is still on, there are three (or five, depending on who you ask) alliances.
Neutrality, duh. Switzerland is, well, like usual. Perhaps even MORE isolationist. Ireland is torn by poltiical debates between the pro-EU and the pro-AP. The pro-EU faction is currently more influential.
EDIT: My only concern is that swiss politics would be slightly affected by the economic dependance on those it trades with, in this case they have to deal with the EU. (like in the actual history)
the answer to warman and cuivienen is probably because the Germans wouldn't have the capacity to directly hold their empire, so they broke it into smaller puppet states
Oh, India is very interesting here. It started out as Nazi, then there was a near-civil war after opposition leader Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated by (alleged) government agents, a brief period of corrupt democracy degenerating into pro-Japanese military dictatorship, and finally, the Revolution.
Germany must be less Nazi-ish because they'd never give up all that land for the aryan race to use.
Actually, all this "Germany to the Urals" stuff is... shall we say untrue. The ORIGINAL Ostland plan involved the annexation of Belorus, Pribaltic and Ingria (which was why there WERE in OTL collaborationist Russian and Ukrainean "governments").
Shouldn't the French capital still be at Vichy? (And, for that matter, why would the Germans return northern France to Vichy?)
