@Daftpanzer - No problem, and regarding the specific-ness in my priorities, well, I can't help it. I have no problem that nothing goes especially as I was planning

I will not be detailed this time though, and will be the last order set for some time, as I will be on vacation. Please hold my nations NPC'ed but reserved.
Priorities:
Yiphesh Kingdom
1) Stay somehow within the borders of the nation, avoid expansion by warfare. Expand northeast.
2) Trade is to be established with trading posts being created at the coasts on the Black Sea and throughout the Mediterranean - if possible, reach Gibraltar.
Great Men -
Imuldu, trader and sailor. Writes a number of scrolls about the peoples in the Mediterranean.
Tatarks, priest. Is renowned to cure wounds and illness, but is killed of by king Human because a revolt happens in northen Yiphesh, supporting him.
Iphas Kingdom (Vassals of Kraman Empire)
1) Support the Kraman Empire with military efforts - peasant armies mostly.
2) Build puny monuments of stone in the style of Kraman Imperial monuments.
Great men - king Aggeartu is terribly unskilled and unwise, and also a tyrant, and he ruins the nation.
Utuap Kingdoms
1) This.....is......SPART**urgh*UTUAP! There are integrated horseback traditions in the area, makin the horseback riders of Utuap more effecient than the legions of Kraman. They have mostly cavalry armies with no infantry. Defend against Kraman Empire, simply, and do it wisely BUT only do a Pericles' war, not an Alexander.
2) Unite several of the unstructured noble factions under one banner, making the Utuapi area much more powerful.
Great men - General Axistor leads the battle against Kraman while Yutaq unites several of the tribes.
I hope this will continue smoothly until my return! So long
