Well, here is my set of turns. They didn't go very well, as we were short warriors to defend us. There was nothing I could do on such short notice.
Pre-Turn: Switch Coventry to Barracks to pre-build galley (warrior not needed where it is located).
Warrior defeats attacking barb horseman (red-lined)
1150 BC: Nottingham settler ----> settler
1125 BC: Settler moving to next city site.
Workers working.
1100 BC: Ditto
1075 BC: Workers next to Hastings interrupted to retreat to city because of barb warrior/horseman pair.
Warrior/horseman cause major problems. Warrior pillages road. Horseman attacks and defeats Hastings warrior, killing two workers in meantime and destroying temple work. Hastings ----> Warrior. We are grossly undermanned right now.
1050 BC: Newcastle founded. Newcastle ----> Warrior
Warrior disperses barb encampment to north.
Remaining barb warrior pillages Hastings and kills a citizen.
1025 BC: Warrior defeats barb horseman to North.
1000 Bc: Hastings warrior ----> Warrior
Nottingham settler ----> Settler
975 BC: Workers working. Settler moving to next city site.
950 BC: Map Making discovered. Coventry ----> Galley
London ----> Lighthouse
Newcastle warrior ----> Warrior
Science to Mysticism. Not really sure where to go from where we are, so going to 40-turn Mysticism/Polytheism way. Next person can change, as it will only be a turn or so into Mysticism.
Warwick Warrior ----> Worker
925 BC: Hastings warrior ----> Warrior
There is a barb horseman approaching from the South. We need to get a few galleys going in case we need to go the "suicide galley" route in order to contact some other civs. At the moment, it would be best to hope that everybody else is equally isolated. We need to get our warrior garrison up until the barb threat is removed, as the loss of two workers, work on a temple, and a citizen poignantly remind us. Sorry for the disappointing turns.
Good luck with digging us out of the hole we are in, 6thGenTexan.
