Browder banning personal/private firearms isn't what made him a bad president. It was the killing of peaceful protesters and the choking of human rights.
And you're only responding to my first statement, if the people need guns for their own personal safety, then a law could be passed to override Thomas's wishes.
Note: Thomas is not a totalitarian like Browder, he is not going to able to make rules without some resistance somewhere. We cannot forget about Congress, and the Supreme Court if they are still active after Browder
Norman Thomas, Age 60, protestant minister, socialist activist, and pacifist. After refusing to combine the Socialist Party with the Communist Party, Thomas was imprisoned by Browder and served nearly a decade in the Appalachian concentration camps. Before his arrest, he ran as the supposed heir to Debs. Returning to politics, he wishes to reinstate Eugene V. Debs-Era policies and the original Bill of Rights and Constitution until the people are ready to vote on changing them. Opposes the right to own firearms, stating that the Bill of Rights refers to military militia. Reluctantly supports helping Britain fight against Nazi Germany, but not without exhausting all possible diplomatic routes.
Note :
1) Nowhere in this description does it say anything which would make him "very Anti-Communist"
2) The 'ban' on firearms also appears to be very ambiguous as far as this description of his campaign promises are concerned. Because he Wishes to reinstate the original bill of rights and constitution(until people are ready to change it). This means that the ban on firearms emerges from an *interpretation* of the amendment as it was mentioned in the bill of rights. Interpreting it that way, it cannot possibly ban the right to own personal firearms. If he may wish to do it, it would go against his own campaign promise then.

I'm voting for Norman Thomas because he seems the only candidate with a clear intention to return to Debsian era welfare policies. The others would start a process which would end in a return to Lockwood era capitalism and maybe worse. Thomas is the right man for the reconstruction of America into a democratic and welfarist republic and ensuring social peace.
Dewey is a socialist who wants to end the corruption and increase liberty

liberal republican
Dewey is not a socialist, he is a liberal republican. He supports public investments in environmentalism, healthcare, and higher education as necessary for societal growth, but does not believe in as much welfare as socialists would. In general, liberal republicans oppose socialism and distribution of wealth but support regulation of business and some socialist programs.
lolwut, does such a thing exist?
Foster replaced the Supreme Court with his puppets, and Browder organized the burning of the Capitol Building and the disbandment of Congress. The Provisional Governor will see to the restoration of these two branches of government.
