America: Write Your Own History

Foster!

OOC: Funny to see how the Workers' Daily made me look like such an authoritarian in your eyes, Mr. King ;)

Not to worry, I have filled out that test plenty of times so I just rushed through it again:

There are however some questions that have always bothered me:

Our race has many superior qualities, compared with other races.

What's that mean? Race as in Species as in Humanity versus all the inferior creatures of the world or Race as in made up differences based on skin complexion and other superficial nonsense? I would have to answer completely different depending on which of those definitions is used. This time I picked Strongly Disagree, reasoning that they would have used species over race if they were truly asking for my thoughts about the superiority of humanity.

All people have their rights, but it is better for all of us that different sorts of people should keep to their own kind.

Is this another racism question? Because otherwise I would be more inclined to agree with this one, no need to unnecessarily mix fans of Star Wars with fans of Star Trek, or Lucas forbid Lord of the Rings when it would only lead to flame wars. You like your franchise and I like mine, but we won't be able to convince each other of the superiority of our respective favorite saga so let's talk about ponies instead. ( :mischief: )
Nevertheless I have the feeling that there is some subtext in the question I'm not quite getting, so I'll just disagree.

The businessperson and the manufacturer are more important than the writer and the artist.

Hm, is the manufacturer a company or the owner of a company or a person who actually produces goods, i.e. a worker? Obviously workers are the single most important class in any society, their exploiters... not so much, so how to answer this? I picked Disagree assuming that it refers to the capitalist, not the proletarian.

Another note: While I took forever with the questions I quoted above, I finished the page on religion in less than a minute. Things are so much easier when you can just disagree with everything. The one about sex was pretty easy as well.

I love you guys so much that I put this together. Please do not be offended if you are not on here, it is simply because I could not accurately tell your disposition. Also, please do not be offended by where you are I did my best. Also, I had to place you guys so name would not be in each others ways. The x-axis (right and left) is economics. Left is more socialists and right is more free market. the y-axis (up and down) is social. This means less because this is how I was able to make names not overlap so do not look into it TOO much. Enjoy:)

I think the boundaries of the political spectrum have been redrawn in such a way that IRL we would be considered incredibly socialist for the USA, but in this alternative world where we often flirt with communist government we come across as being right wing.

IRL I come out as mildly left wing and libertarian (-1,-1) or sometimes a bit more right wing and authoritarian but always around the centre.

As I've said before the authoritarian doesn't mean as much because I had to use that axis to make names not overlap but thank you all for all you enthusiasm! :D

I made this for the story and then everyone decided to take the test on their own.

To Imp. Knoedel, the first one and second are racism and the third one is both. The manufacturer being more proletariat and the business person being more of the capitalist I suppose.

Ah well could you lower me down on the Authoritarian scale a bit? I'm not that dictatorish,

Like I've said don't worry about the authoritarian scale I just used that so names don't overlap.

Interesting that there are 9 left wing people here, but 7 right wing people. Yet 11 people voted for Wilson in the 1916 elections against 7 who voted for Reimer and 2 for the Socialist candidate Benson. Who are the four other anti-Communists ?

I didn't just do it base on voting, I did people who were very involved with debates and such.
