Anyone have a good opening sequence planner?

I've been playing the GOTM and COTM for a few months now. I wish I could say my game is improving, but I need more practice on the micromanaging, especially in the opening sequence. Has anyone put together a good spreadsheet that helps plan out your first moves?

I use a text based table, my brain, and test games to plan the opening sequence. I know that there are some that use a Spreadsheet based calculator to plan the initial sequences.

Sure. This one still needs some improvement, but it works. My starting point was a similar one from SirPleb. There are some comments in it.

If you want a more automatic one, you need the one from Offa.
