In the spirit of 6/6/06 I’m releasing this nes before my rebellion nes.
RACES:
Humans:
The remains of the human race which have survived the start of the apocalyptic clash between good and evil now try to survive with what they have. Utilizing technology over magic the humans bring some serious firepower to the table and offer the most flexible abilities. Human skill in magic is severely limited however.
Angels:
The angelic forces of good have come down to earth to try and cleanse the land. Angels enjoy prolific healing and regenerative abilities which make them hard to kill. They are lacking in offense power however. Utilizing holy magic, angels spit in the face of technology.
Demons:
The demonic forces of evil have risen on earth in an attempt to gain control of it for themselves. Utilizing powers of destruction and chaos the demons enjoy the best offensive capabilities of all. They however don’t enjoy the long life spans of angels and many of the more powerful demons don’t mind sending their lesser servants to their doom. Demons scoff at the technology of humans.
ECONOMY:
Economy is raised differently for all three races. Humans require resources and traditional means to gain their power. For them economy is similar to that in most NESes. More land + resources + trade = better economy. For humans to raise their economy they must spend nothing that turn. Raising economy doesn’t change any offensive or defensive measures.

Angels can also gain a level of blessing by doing nothing but pray for one turn. Praying will actually improve defensive measure, but decrease offensive ones.

One thing can be said for certain about the Burnt Imps, one should never trust them.

Background: Noone was surprised when one of the first stops on the demon tour of the world was California- with nearly all the population of Berkeley exterminated for their heathenistic ways. The demons set up a post in the former anti-holy city, heralding it as the "Anti-Jerusalem of the West". They have received a surprising amount of support from the locals, hating the mormons and religious nuts in the South.

Background: As the major forces of good and evil arrived to bring chaos to earth the Imps of the underworld had taken advantage of the chaos. They care little for the squabbling powers and seek only to gain more trinkets and power for themselves. Being Imps, they love to play tricks and get a kick out of torturing little animals (humans scream to loud). The Burnt Imps, not surprisingly, were spewed out of hell in the middle of the Sahara. They have an unusual distaste for lighter skinned humans and at times of great anger, will skin them and burn them black, after which they are turned into zombies. One thing can be said for certain about the Burnt Imps, one should never trust them.

Our fellow warrior mike-Leon, who returned to us in the form of a zombie, also gave up his body during death due to a fatal stomach worm. We wear tight bondage clothes with long leather trench coats, and we also carry razor whips. Our aim is to exterminate the human race and once again demons will rule the earth.

Background: When the fires of hell were unleashed upon the unprepared world, a bizzare disease spread across Eastern Russia with unbelievable rate, turning the infested persons into mindless minions. The disease itself stopped spreading at some point, limiting the amount of infections, but the existing zombies and their demonic overlords were enough to lay waste upon human societies in wide areas across the east. Riding the flat plains with dead horses and arming themselves with magical tools and conventional arms, they ravaged entire towns and indiscriminately slaughtered people in their thousands.

Background: After the battle of Armageddon the antichrist was victorious, opening the gates for demons to enter this world. His army however remains smashed after the battle and he must rebuild if he is to gain dominance over the planet. Worse yet the demons who came through do not view him as their leader as he intended and he must now fight them, the angels, and the remains of the human resistance. The Antichrist currently controls the holy land.
Gabriel’s Crusade

Background; The archangel Gabriel is personally leading an expedition to purify the planet from the evils that is the anti-Christ and the demonic forces now spreading across the globe. Gabriel denies any alliance with any demonic forces, the antichrist, or any humans deemed “evil.” Gabriel currently controls the Holy See and the area around it.
