Not really. I've seen use the same tactic in whatever topic we're talking about.

Could be, with more experience it probably would be easier. At the same time though its not like everything in the universe has to be at the same font just because the alphabet is commonly shown at that size.

When you write Arabic, the required size of the letters for the text to be easily readable depend on the font you're using. That is also trhe case for latin alphabet by the way. In the pic below i wrote the exact same sentence with two different font but with the exact size. One is easy to read and not the other.



In Arabic there are font that are much more easily readable than others. Try the link below for example, it's the main Tunisian daily.

Definitely more readable, unfortunately on a website like this everything is defaulted to the alphabet's preferred font which puts other symbols/letters at a disadvantage.

You can always use a larger font-size:
