left is Attila right is Genghis. Do they look too similar? I have been reading about the huns, appartly they artificially elongated their skulls. Im not sure how I can do that, maybe raise the hair line.

any ideas for hunnic clothing?

Like I said before Shiro, I really think you should study the face of the classic depictions of Genghis and base your LH on that. Currently he looks like an Uzbek or some other western asian, and too ordinary and unintimdating, not liked the feared Khan.

Just some of what(I hope) is constructive critisism, just like your advice for my units which has helped me improve quite a bit.

yes I know their hair cut, thats for the hunting hats or light hats like the one in that picture that angles up in the front and is kind of like a hood. The hat in mine doesnt have that angle so I decided to show the Mongolian hair cut in a different era. But I could add some hair hanging out in that one too.

Shiro since you wanted suggestions for the eras heres my idea:

Ancient: As the National Geographic cover
Medival: Dressed like Kublai Khan, or maybe rent the movie "The Shadow" and see how the main villain in the film dressed,
Industrial: I would go with maybe some sort of military uniform, like the World War One era Chinese soldiers wore.
Modern: Look at the smooth, rich suit wearing guise of the main villain in the shadow for the modern look...

kublai khan dresses like a chinese emperor and adopts everything chinese. Mongolia and China are 2 totally different countries they have very little in common. They arent even related ethnically.

If that is Attila I can't see that crown fitting - I would personally look to the early medieval Bulgars or Turks for dress in his case, this looks too fantasy or European based.

keep that one for a fantasy leaderhead, and make a more fitting attila, so that one doesn't go to waste.

I like the face but I don't see the crown working well either - it looks too European, as Antiochus said. Genghiz looks great!
